Hello Ruth, It appears you are having issues with WebEx SaaS. Unfortunately, this community is for Cisco WebEx Meetings Server (on-premise) and is not observed by WebEx experts. I've confirmed that the links from downloading ARF or WRF files for MAC are resulting in the error you've noted. I would advise you to call into Cisco WebEx Support at 1.866.229.3239, reference your WebEx Site Name, and ask if they can provide you with a valid link for ARF player for MAC.
